No price shown or discussed informally is final unless confirmed in writing by AllPlant Hire.

5. Equipment Availability

Equipment availability may change depending on current bookings, maintenance, transport schedules, and site requirements.

Submitting an enquiry through the website does not automatically reserve equipment. A booking is only confirmed once AllPlant Hire confirms the details with you and any required payment or deposit has been received.

6. Delivery, Collection and Transport

Delivery and transport can be arranged where available.

Delivery or transport costs are normally quoted separately and may depend on:

  • Equipment type
  • Distance to the site
  • Access to the site
  • Transport requirements
  • Timing and availability

Clients may also be able to collect certain small equipment where suitable and approved by AllPlant Hire.

7. Operators

Heavy plant may be supplied with experienced operators.

Operator availability must be confirmed when requesting a quote. If an operator is supplied, the client must ensure that the site is safe, accessible, and ready for the agreed work.

8. Deposits and Payment

Deposits may be required depending on the equipment, hire period, project type, and quotation.

Payment terms will be confirmed on the quotation or invoice.

AllPlant Hire may refuse to release equipment, begin work, or continue work if required payments are not made as agreed.

9. Hire Periods

Hire periods may be calculated per hour, per day, per week, per month, or according to the quotation.

The minimum hire period will be confirmed when requesting a quote.

If equipment is returned late, used beyond the agreed period, or kept on site longer than arranged, extra charges may apply.

10. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing correct project and site information

11. Equipment Use, Damage and Loss

Equipment must be used safely and only for its intended purpose.

The client may be held responsible for damage, loss, theft, misuse, negligence, or unauthorised use of equipment while it is in their possession or on their site, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

AllPlant Hire reserves the right to charge for repairs, replacement, recovery, cleaning, or downtime caused by damage, misuse, or loss.

12. Safety

Safety is important on every site.

Clients must ensure that their site is safe and that all people on site follow reasonable safety instructions. AllPlant Hire may refuse or stop work if a site is unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable for the requested equipment or service.

13. Civils and Construction Work

For civils and construction projects, the final scope, price, timeline, materials, and responsibilities must be confirmed in writing.

Changes to the agreed scope may affect pricing and timelines. Additional work, delays, or changes requested by the client may result in extra charges.

14. Cancellations and Postponements

Cancellation or postponement terms may depend on the equipment, project size, operator availability, transport arrangements, and work already scheduled.

AllPlant Hire may charge cancellation, transport, labour, or preparation costs where applicable.
